Usual Procedure for Development Projects

Development Step 1.: Client submits a brief description of the project and its requirements.
Development Step 2.: We discuss any questions that arise from the description.
Development Step 3.: We present a SRS (Software Requirement Specification) for the project which will serve as the soul scope of work for the project, and a flat price for the project.
Development Step 4.: Client accepts SRS or requests changes and we re-calculate the price according to the new requirements.
Development Step 5.: We present a design draft for the project and discuss it with the client.
Development Step 6.: Client accepts design concept.
Development Step 7.: We design the content of the website and discuss it with the client.
Development Step 8.: We start the development and periodically present progress reports and updated demo versions.
Development Step 9.: We present the finished version of the project on our servers and check it against the agreed SRS.
Development Step 10.: We do deployment.
