CybaSumo

CybaSumo offers artists the tools they need to sell online original content quickly and easily using all the major social networking channels or blog through a customizable Flash widget. Artists are able to manage their products, deploy the store widget to their favorite social network and collect orders. CybaSumo includes automatic sampling for audio and video files, a powerful API for developers to build application on top of it and multi-server cloud storage architecture.

The main challenge was to accommodate the needs of various types of artists and to get a standardized working widget on the major social networking websites. We managed to achieve this by developing a Flash widget in Flex and having an app for MySpace, Facebook and the OpenSocial API to embedd the widget.
